he likes half boiled eggs with salt and pepper while i have mine with pepper and soy sauce,
i think it tastes better~
he has his with toasted bread, mine with plain bread instead.
to make half boiled eggs with boiling water, use a small size pot, larger than the amount of eggs, not just enough to fit like a soup mug or small bowl (unless you’re making just two half-boiled eggs) or else it’ll need a bit more time to be cooked rather than a bigger one.
pour boiling water (just boiled bubbly water) to cover it all up for about 5 minutes then drain it away without rinsing and add again boiling water (must reboil the previous boiled water to ensure the hotness) for another 3 minutes.
rinse with cold water.
